Job Description
Successful Candidates will Conduct and Manage Academic Classes: Candidate needs to be certified to teach in state in which center is located (Iowa). In Iowa, this includes a Bachelor's degree in the area of Education. Secondary certification not required.Reading specialists typically have the practical, personal, and leadership skills needed, as well as current knowledge of research and methods regarding reading development. Not required but willing to train.Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 50 years.
The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
