Gallery Host / Front Desk AM/PM SHIFT

The Hyatt Place Gallery Host is responsible for the following:

· Be able to properly make a reservation for incoming and upcoming guest

· Checking In and Out Guest with the Proper Hotel Guidelines and Procedures in order to satisfy guest experience.

· Be able to properly handle payment transactions with Credit Cards and Cash for Hotel Reservation Operations

· Be able to properly handle payment transactions with Credit Cards and cash for Food and Beverage Operations

· Attend each guest at the bar and serve Drinks/Food with the correct Hotel Standards

· Wait on guest in the dining area with the correct Hotel Standards

· Serve Alcohol within proper Florida Regulations

· Make food while practicing the proper food handling procedures

· Clean Kitchen and Bar Area

· Provide Concierge to all guest.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 per hour
