Job Description
Eagle Integrated Services LLC. SST is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Functional Analyst.

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in managing DOD information systems.
  • Responsible for the creation of project plans, timelines, milestones, goals and ownership.
  • Functional Analyst will lead regular meetings to ensure effectiveness of plan, cost implications and quality of solution.
  • Must be capable of planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the contract.
  • Must have a thorough understanding and experience in the complete life cycle of the software in military systems.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
  • Must be capable of managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
  • Must be capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Experience: Analyzing functional and technical requirements and current software to identify opportunities to improve software security, performance, and standardization; leading functional analysis, design and unit testing of the software baseline; managing the functional and technical analysis, design, development, programming, security management; testing of the software baseline; creating/modifying applications and network systems with a proficiency in programming language, understanding of AEM Forms Designer, BASH Scripting, HTML, Java, Java Script, JSP, PLSQL, SQL, and XML.
  • Experience utilizing Oracle, Microsoft, and Adobe products in an enterprise environment as well as experience implementing and utilizing DOD Cloud Solutions.
