Job Description

We are always looking for high quality Customer Service Receptionists to answer inbound calls for local businesses. Requires a working knowledge of each client to sound like an employee sitting in their office rather than an answering service. No outbound telemarketing required.

The right person to apply will have these qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE 1-2 years Experience in a Call Center or Telemarketing position
  • Must have a pleasant telephone voice, ability to speak clearly and have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to take and type accurate messages with good spelling and punctuation
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Must be able to learn and use Call Answering software in a reasonable amount of time (training provided)
  • High School diploma or GED

We are looking for Personality:

  • DEPENDABLE, able to consistently show up to work 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, or part-time within those hours
  • Positive, upbeat, professional, courteous and friendly
  • Cares about doing a good job for our clients
  • Ability to get along with co-workers
