Job Description
Sharkey's cuts for Kids is a Kid friendly Family salon where we do both kids and adults. We are looking for 2 additional stylists to join our team.

COMPENSATION:
- Base pay + Product Commission + Upto $500 Sign-on Bonus + Amazing Tips
- Stylists following the Sharkey's program can earn $25+ an hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents.
- Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blowdrying, and styling.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon
- Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Ability to work with kids.
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
- Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends.
- Occasionally assisting in organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Cosmetology license for CA state.
- Handling appointment system and Operating Point-of-Sale software system
