F/T Pastry Assistant

Dolce is an upscale full-service bakery specializing in whole cakes, pastries, and baked goods with over 100 items for sale at our retail bakery on a daily basis. Seeking a qualified and talented Pastry Assistant to assist the Pastry Chef in the assembly and execution of all items for sale. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- minimum 6 months relevant experience in food industry setting

- open availability for am shift on the weekends

- ability to follow instructions and recipes

- able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi tasking and problem solving skills

- an eye for details with precision execution

- excellent organizational skills

- basic math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
