To achieve the level of success that we are looking for, you will be required to:

  • Possess a genuine interest in people, talking to them and getting to know them. Understanding them on a level that will help you better solve their concerns, spoken and unspoken.
  • Become proficient in obtaining patient insurance information, verifying benefits, obtaining insurance authorization and successfully communicating the patient’s out of pocket responsibility before they arrive for their first visit.
  • Effectively communicate to our potential patients the benefits of physical therapy so people can “make better decisions about their health”.
  • Be able to Multi-task a variety of tasks in a timely manner
  • Be computer proficient (Word and Excel, internet searching, etc)
