Job Description

Garpiel Group is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to be responsible for handling daily front office tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is customer-focused, very organized, detail-oriented and works well with others. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients & visitors, managing client files, performing data entry and other general office duties, as well as managing irrigation scheduling.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls & emails
  • Input client information & data into CRM database
  • Greet clients & visitors
  • Update paperwork & maintain documents, as needed
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist & greet clients, as needed
  • Work closely with the sales team & accounting department
  • Receive payments via check/cash/credit card

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Experience as an office assistant or in related fields preferred
  • Professional and customer service-focused phone etiquette
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
  • General knowledge of CRM systems
  • Attention to detail is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
