Front Desk Spa Associate

Hand & Stone is looking for an AMAZING Client Experience Specialist to work at our front desk… and that could be YOU!
Looking for immediate hiring! You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! We want to have YOU as part of our team and be able to grow with us. Hand & Stone is currently seeking coachable, trainable, confident individuals who are eager to learn, work with an amazing team and bring the best customer service possible to our clients. We are looking for Full Time and Part Time positions! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Sell a Lifestyle Program, gift cards and upgrades to enhance the client’s experience
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones & book appointments
• Follow proper spa procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and Skin care
• Maintain a professional, clean and sanitized work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, spa scheduling software (will train)
• Excellent personal appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Retail sales experience (preferred)
• Dependable and reliable
• Must be able to work weekends
