Front Desk Receptionist

Job applicant would be responsible for opening the office each morning, greeting and checking in patients, collecting patient payments, scanning insurance cards, preparing patient charts, promptly answering telephones, answering calls from the hospital and routing messages in the office, scanning documents into the EMR system and fulfilling medical records requests. Other duties will be required as assigned.

Candidates must be friendly, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, have a proficient understanding of computers, and be prepared to work as a team with their colleagues.

Compensation negotiable based on previous experience.
