Blue Star Smiles, a related dental practice to the Flagship practice Smiles of Arkansas Dental Center (“Smiles”), led by Dr. Robert Carter, has been serving communities throughout Arkansas since 2008. When starting Smiles, Dr. Carter and partner Reese Shuffield envisioned a dental practice that is approachable, family-oriented, and, above all, operates with HIGH integrity. By maintaining our strong family-like approach to our patients and team members, we are thriving and have grown to 6 locations that people can trust with all their dental needs. Overview of the position

Blue Star Smiles is looking for a professional individual who has a zest for life and helping our patients! A first impressions coordinator’s general objectives include patient management for effective and productive scheduling of the hygiene department, retention of patients, and promotion of the practice for overall growth creating a positive experience for any patients or potential patients who call or visit the clinic using high energy professionalism and WOW! experience.

To support our team members, we offer:

- $14-$18 per hour base pay

- +$2 for hours worked after 6 pm and weekends

- 10 vacation days available immediately

- 6 paid holidays

Requirements

Along with introducing and managing new patients within our practice, the ideal candidate should have 1 year of customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Some daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Receiving patient complaints or concerns with compassion and empathy

- Building value in the dental appointment experience

- Scheduling appointments

- Verifying patient insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
