Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Perform front desk duties such as greeting and welcoming members, checking members and guests into fitness and tennis facilities, booking courts and lessons, answering the phone, tending to questions/complaints, selling pro shop merchandise and providing exceptional customer service.

· Ensure that the front desk, pro shop and reception area is kept clean and organized.

· Ensure water and towels are stocked around building and courts, empty trash at end of shift.

· Perform administrative duties such as updating and filing records, among others, as needed.

· Assist the racquets and fitness departments as needed.

· Knowledgeable of club rules and emergency and AED procedures, as well as know the procedure to follow in the event the alarm company needs

· Familiar with and able to enforce all club rules and policies.

Key Skills + Experience Required

· Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

· Proper grammar and speaking

· Fluid use of automated point-of-sale and other technologies

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to work nights and weekends if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 per hour

All Club Members are required to wear masks in the gym, and on tennis courts. We wipe down frequently touched surfaces often, and enforce current CDC Guidelines.
