Front Desk Agent

At Quality Inn we have everything you need to move forward with your new career at the Quality Inn North Charleston; we are looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent / Relief Night Auditor to join our Team.

Provides guest service at the front desk while using standards of service. Verify accuracy of guest accounts by balancing departmental income, run computerized update and compile, mathematically verify and record all revenue produced by the hotel’s operation. Bill and collect all revenue owed to the hotel in an accurate, timely manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Job knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities:

• Required 1+ years Front Desk
• Able to work the overnight shift including weekends and holidays.
• Four-year degree in hospitality or other business related field preferred
• ChoiceAdvantage Experience a Plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
