Job Description

  • Qualify incoming phone calls and fielding to appropriate departments.
  • Dispatching and checking in and out aircraft for flight students.
  • Greet customers as they arrive and assist as needed.
  • Providing support to Front Desk Supervisor
  • General Clerical Duties (answering phones, photocopying, filing, faxing)
  • Track aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA and company policies
  • Assist with coordination and facilitation of incoming new student classes. This may include duties such as, but not limited to:
    • Preparing Study Kits
    • Organizing & Assisting with Company Transportation
    • Scheduling medical examinations and student accommodations move-ins/outs

Ideal Candidates Should Posses:

  • High School Diploma
  • US Citizen or Resident
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Shifts may be—Opening (7a-4p), and/or Closing (11a-8p). 2FLY operate 365 days/year, including weekdays/weekends from 7a to 8p.
  • Two-years customer service experience (preferred, not required)
  • Punctual, motivated, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Expected pay is based on experience from $12-15/hour. This position reports directly to the Front Desk Supervisor.
