Job Description
- Qualify incoming phone calls and fielding to appropriate departments.
- Dispatching and checking in and out aircraft for flight students.
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist as needed.
- Providing support to Front Desk Supervisor
- General Clerical Duties (answering phones, photocopying, filing, faxing)
- Track aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA and company policies
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of incoming new student classes. This may include duties such as, but not limited to:
- Preparing Study Kits
- Organizing & Assisting with Company Transportation
- Scheduling medical examinations and student accommodations move-ins/outs
Ideal Candidates Should Posses:
- High School Diploma
- US Citizen or Resident
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Shifts may be—Opening (7a-4p), and/or Closing (11a-8p). 2FLY operate 365 days/year, including weekdays/weekends from 7a to 8p.
- Two-years customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Punctual, motivated, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Expected pay is based on experience from $12-15/hour. This position reports directly to the Front Desk Supervisor.
