Overview:

We are seeking a full time Medical Assistant for a Skin Care Cliniclocated in Long Beach CA. The ideal candidate MUST have laser and cosmetic experience

Required Criteria:

Front Office:

• Referrals and authorizations
• Eligibility and insurance verification
• Experience with EMR
• Knowledge of IPA's, HMO, PPO
• Collecting Co-Pays
• Greeting patients/patient intake
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

Back Office

• Injections
• Blood draw
• Taking Vitals

Additional Details:

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Must have laser and cosmetic experience

Qualifications:

Required Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant programor Equivalent work experience
• CPR certification
