About this Opportunity:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the business, the profile of a successful franchisee, and our sales process, identifies, works, and manages potential sources of franchisees
  • Cultivates positive relationship with current franchisees, using them as references for potential franchisees as appropriate
  • Manages ongoing workload effectively and efficiently; using strong organizational skills, develops calendars and checklists for certain ongoing work
  • Regularly checks email and other systems through which work is requested
  • Proactively makes outbound calls or sends emails to prospects to sell company’s features and benefits
  • Proactively identifies process improvements that make the department more efficient and effective
  • Documents activities and follow up in appropriate systems regularly and accurately
  • Documents processes followed in order to ensure tasks are able to be replicated accurately
  • Maintains process and procedure manual for the area
  • Listens to, and incorporates, feedback
  • Works as part of a team, ensuring work done is complementary and not duplicative or conflicting

Internal/External Relationships:

Plays a key role as the “face/voice of Brightway” to current and potential franchisees. Participates as a member of the Marketing team. Works with all levels of the organization to promptly resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Knowledgeable about, and skilled in using, commonly understood sales techniques, processes and procedures
  • Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy; exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior customer service mindset; a desire and ability to deliver service that provides a high level of satisfaction
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator; must be able to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent independent judgment and decision making
  • Understanding of Brightway systems; regularly updates activities accurately
  • Ability to learn, embrace and put into practice new concepts and skills
  • Superior ability to manage own time, activities and resources; models behavior for others
  • Team player; must be able to contribute to the team and rely on others to achieve objectives
