We are seeking a finance professional who is proactive and can challenge the status quo and will also listen to others and collaborate to support the company goals. The Sales & Marketing FP&A Director reports to the VP Finance, Sales & Marketing and will be a key business partner to the leadership team. This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact and influence across the company and within the Sales & Marketing organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the primary Finance Business Partner to one or more key Sales & Marketing leaders
  • Drive the annual budgeting processes and weekly/monthly forecasting activities in conjunction with GTM Strategy and Operations leadership and prepare and analyze plan variances based on actual performance
  • Develop financial models, track, and analyze financial KPIs, uncover trends and assess business risks and opportunities to provide recommendations to senior leaders
  • Ensure organizational accountability through performance management of operating expenses and investments to support business initiatives
  • Partner with Corporate FP&A to address recurring reporting and analysis, align around planning approach, and collaborate on monthly close cycles
  • Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics, often with time sensitivity
  • Stay current with the latest SaaS industry trends
Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years of finance experience in the Technology sector, including 7+ years in leadership roles
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and experience resolving business problems with well-structured analytics
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • Team oriented, respectful, and flexible
  • Decisive regarding decisions affecting the business and the team
