About the team:
We are seeking a motivated Regional Food Program Manager for our COE team, to be the POC for all things F&B related for our employees within the region that includes Canada, United States and LATAM. Weâ??ve gone through monumental growth over the past couple of years and this position will play an integral role in supporting our future continued success.

This position will be required to collaborate with various business, technology and operations team members and leaders to provide excellent end user service and experience. In addition, the Regional Food Program Manager is expected to help contribute to, and improve product strategy and features.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the wider food services and daily operations for all of the local offices in Americas, including Canada, the United States and LATAM;
  • Create policies and guidelines that will help optimize current processes to support the local Admin Food Coordinators to accomplish their SLA;
  • Supporting management with reports and presentations;
  • Engage with multiple offices as a cross-functional role. Support all other catering-related services (daily snack and beverage options, special internal and external event catering supervision, etc.) in regional offices;
  • Review vendor-supplied menus to ensure quality and compatibility with local guidelines;
  • Assess food process safety and quality. Investigates and resolves employee complaints and concerns;
  • Possess significant working knowledge of health guidelines and standards in each country in order to maintain and improve process quality for all catering operations;
  • Responsible for the management of food operations satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys and optimization of catering service operations;
  • Foster and maintain positive relationship with Event Distributors. Maintain prompt and accurate communication with all Event Contacts, Event Distributors, Vendors and other department collaborators;
  • Responsible for other duties as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or above with 5-7 years of professional experience in relative industries;
  • Experience of catering service provider management, understand the structure of outsourced catering services;
  • Experience in on-site catering management in technology companies;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions;
  • Tech-savvy and ability to navigate different applications and platforms;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project);
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to remain energetic in a fast-paced environment;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multi-language speaker is preferred
  • Major in hospitality management or catering management is preferred
