Job Requirements: Experience in a club setting or previous hospitality experience in a Food and Beverage operation. Management experience of 1-2 years in fine dining restaurant(s), plus ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team. Willingness to work a flex schedule to include; mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Aptitude to work well under pressure, while quickly finding solutions to any issues that arise and ultimately providing excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S) or equivalent from four year college; with minimal 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hospitality degree is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must continuously hold certification in property food safety through ServSafe or similar accredited institution. Must be continuously certified in the intervention training for the responsible sale, service and use of alcohol. (TIPS or related certification).
COMPUTER SKILLS: Jonas Club Management Software, Clear Sky, Paychex, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret multiple documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, financial documents, professional journals and procedure manuals. Ability to write complex reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of members or employees of the Club.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to interpret financial statements and conduct variance reports.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply problem solving skills to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized or changing situations.
