Job Description

Young and fast developing flower boutique is searching for a full time team member. Apply today if you:

  • would like to extend your responsibilities to customers engagement and sales

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Taking and managing orders from the on-line shop, social media & DoorDash;
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including, but not limited to: 1) communication via calls, website chat & messages 2) web site & DoorDash menu management 3) informing customers on floral specials;
  • Purchasing and picking up flower orders from the market, flower delivery to the customers;
  • Preparing flowers (bouquets and Bloom Boxes), making custom floral arrangements based on the needs and feedback of the customer;
  • Responsible for store upkeep; sweeping floors and cleaning as needed;
  • Achieving store sales and metric goals through regular business analysis and problem solving activities, maintaining inventory management;
  • Suggesting new product ideas and ways to improve the flower store operation;
  • Social Media content creation (including but not limited to photoshoots and IG reels);
  • Planning a work schedule;
  • After wedding breakdown and vase pickup (locations all around Bay Area).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • Under 1 year

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Francisco, CA 94110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
