We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Bonneting
- Extraction (wet/dry)
- Strip & wax floor
- Carpet spot removal
- Transport equipment, tools and supplies
- Move furniture before/after clean
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications
- Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
- A drug test will be required
- US Birth Certificate or US Passport required
