Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Create best in class reporting (visual) and data analytics (model / thematic / scenario) to enhance FBR capabilities

  • Establish and manage the roadmap for delivering a suite of scalable automated solutions that include reporting, analytics and visualization capabilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of new report/metric/dashboard development, including: oversight for requirements and story development, communication with key stakeholders, testing, implementation, and overall timeline and resources management
  • Effectively collaborate with technology, LOB and CF partners to build best in class reporting and analytics solutions
  • Analyse product roadmaps, epics, and wireframes to develop master story lists
  • Utilize visualization tools and other technology to create proof of concept wireframes for presentations to senior leaders across the firm
  • Recommend functional prioritization of features for development to provide incremental value
  • Coordinate Discovery and Refinement sessions with stakeholders to determine future requirements
  • Engage in UAT testing, production readiness reviews and post-production deployment validations

Non reporting responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the execution of the day to day workflow, tracking / monitoring of all FBR reporting
  • Working closely with FBR LOB's and CF's subject matter experts to assist and provide guidance in supporting resolution of any open items that impact project goals and timelines
  • Subject matter expert on FBR Reporting processes and tools

Qualifications:

  • Technology related degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of complex enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Proficient with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau / Qlik Sense etc)
  • Proficient in data manipulation tools (e.g. Alteryx)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel (VBA), Access & PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience with UI/UX design
  • Experience project managing small to large scale projects
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing processes and translating high level business requirements into detailed
  • stories
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as on a team
