Financial Services (Teller), Lead Member Service Representative

Come join our Moose Lake Branch as a Full-Time Lead Member Service Representative (teller)

Reporting to the Member Service Supervisor, the Lead MSR is responsible for providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. In addition, this position is responsible for executing the member financial transactions in a professional and timely manner to promote and maintain positive member relationships.

Specifically, the ideal candidate will be able to:

• Execute members’ financial transactions in a manner that will fulfill the credit union’s mission and promote and maintain positive member relationships.
• Recommend and refer products and services to strengthen member relationships and support the growth objectives of the credit union.
• Balance checks and cash drawer daily following the credit unions cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of all transactions; investigates and resolves drawer discrepancies.
• Provide support as needed to maintain efficiency in providing timely and efficient service to members in a manner that will fulfill the credit union’s mission.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years’ experience as a teller.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
