DESCRIPTION

The FAA Talent Management Group drives the overall field strategy relative to the sourcing, selection, and development of Financial Advisor Associates for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The Regional Recruiter role will support this program by supporting the recruiting and sourcing of qualified individuals seeking a career as a Financial Advisor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in the recruiting and sourcing for individuals to join the Financial Advisor Associate (FAA) and Wealth Advisor Associate (WAA) Programs for a specific region(s) Recruiting functions include: sourcing, reviewing applications of candidates that apply to assigned region(s), host screening calls with candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, maintain candidate profile in ATS, oversee background check process Help drive hiring strategies for complexes within the region(s) Organize and maintain hiring tracker for the region(s) based on quarterly goals and allocations Communicate daily with regional hiring managers, regional COOs, FAA teammates Liaise with Diversity & Inclusion team to understand firm’s diversity strategy and help drive diverse sourcing and recruiting for the FAA and WAA Programs Assist in the implementation of sourcing events throughout the region and proactively build the candidate pipeline for the events Participate in miscellaneous ad hoc projects relating to FAA recruiting/strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting Recruiting experience in the Financial Services industry/for Sales Professionals a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience using LinkedIn and other platforms Understanding of traditional and innovative recruiting methods, selection and qualification tools, and hiring/on-boarding procedures Maintain necessary confidentiality EOE committed to diversifying its workforce.
