File Clerk, Per Diem - FLOAT DEPT - Various NJ Locations

Prepares charts and paperwork packets for new patients. Pulls patient charts for the following day after obtaining schedules. Files charts from current day use. Organizes incoming lab, test results. Pulls appropriate patient chart and distributes to assigned physician . Copies charts for transfer with appropriate medical record release form. Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Ability to use computer systems; ability to interact with registration staff to resolve issues.
