NORTH TOWN CHICKEN is looking to hire a ASSISTANT Managers! LEADERS ONLY!

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, Assistant Manager to join our family at our 1st NORTH TOWN CHICKEN Location in Las Vegas!

We are a fast-casual restaurant that is known for having seriously good hand-breaded chicken fingers, Chicken Sandwiches, Fries and MORE!

You will be responsible for running day-to-day activities at your store and ensure that our personnel and our product are top notch.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Drive sales by ensuring that your store provides outstanding product and service.

- Monitor training levels and provide Team Members and Shift Managers with the appropriate training where needed.

- Inventory

- Execute all systems on a daily basis to ensure a clean, organized restaurant, that is able to deliver the highest quality of food with best-in-class service.

- Operate in accordance with established performance and profit expectations.

- Supervise and motivate Team Members and Shift Managers to perform to their highest level.

- Have a good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of a unit.

- Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day by demonstrating management by example.

- Recruit and hire hourly staff (FOH & BOH) in accordance to guiding principles set by our culture

- Communicate effectively with staff, District Manager & Director of Operations.

- Be the champion of our culture: set out to fellowship with your staff and community such that we deliver encore experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

- Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

Experience:

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Required)
