Facilities Maintenance

Organization seeking grounds worker for $20-$25/ hour plus benefits who will help maintain the landscape and exterior buildings, repair equipment and learn planned maintenance for routine upkeep of our 17 McDonald’s restaurants. This is a full time position that requires open availability and position availability immediately.

Job duties include:

• Weed removal, maintains plants and lawn
• Deep cleaning exterior parking lot
• Sweep and shovel snow
• Set up for special events and other special assignments
• Sprinkler maintenance
• HVAC clean up and routine maintenance
• Safety audits
• Repair larger equipment pieces such as toasters, fryers, etc…
• Perform routine upkeep on equipment
• Working with shovels, vacuums, pressure washers, tools and other cleaning and maintenance equipment.
• Working with cleaning products is done on a daily basis.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
