SCOPE

This role will support day-to-day operations of the Danbury, CT Linde sites. This includes general maintenance, repairs and fielding requests from employees. The Facilities Coordinator also serves as the back up to the Facilities Manager in the event of vacation, sickness, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure operability of the Data Centers HVAC equipment, uninterruptible power supply, generators and fire suppression systems
  • Monitor and maintain the buildings HVAC equipment to ensure a comfortable operating temperature throughout the buildings
  • Maintain the buildings life safety systems and equipment, security equipment, Fitness Center equipment, Cafeteria equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate external vendors and contractors that service each building
  • Assist in the recurring maintenance and any necessary repairs of the facility, as well as any projects
  • Assist with office moves, conference room set up, etc.
  • Ensure proper safety protocols are followed by vendors, contractors and employees

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous facility management experience, specifically with HVAC service required; must be mechanically inclined.
  • Availability to work after hours and/or weekends when needed for routine maintenance or emergency call out to resolve any problems that may arise.
