Facilities Assistant - Distribution Center

From $26 to $32 per hour

Pennsylvania Distribution Center

This position will be located at our new Uline distribution center in Alburtis.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift hours.

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on dry wall patching, painting, doors, locks and restrooms.

  • Perform mail delivery as assigned.

  • Responsible for event setup and tear down.

  • Responsible for the installation, reconfiguration and repair of modular workstations and office setups.

  • Install interior artwork.

  • Assist and fill in for other departments within Facilities as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 - 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: rough or finish carpentry, painting, plumbing, lighting maintenance, commercial office furniture (modular / case goods) and floor and tile installation

  • Prior experience with hand and power tools.

  • Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens.
