The Boeing Capital Corporation is currently seeking an Experienced Contracts Management Specialist to join their Contracts Operations team in Renton, WA.

Drawing on its comprehensive expertise, Boeing Capital ensures Boeing customers have the financing they need to buy and take delivery of their Boeing products. Working with Boeing’s business units, Boeing Capital is dedicated to helping customers obtain efficient product financing, primarily in the commercial markets. In addition to financing, BCC manages a portfolio of aircraft spanning a variety of Boeing aircraft models and vintage. This fleet of aircraft is operated by customers around the world. To manage the sale and lease of these assets, as well as financing arrangements for our Customers, BCC’s Contracts team is a strong partner with our Legal, Customer Finance, and Asset Management teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor contract performance on customer contracts

  • Conduct day-to-day contract administration activities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures

  • Lead, coordinate, and conduct regulatory filings

  • Conduct the negotiation and administration of agreements between the company and customers ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Responsible for reviewing contract terms, interpreting agreement terms and conditions and identifying potential issues, reviewing agreement amendments / modifications and incorporating changes

  • Execute contractual instruments to ensure adherence to company policy as set forth in company delegation of authority

  • Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations, compliance and contract changes

  • Lead proposal preparation activities aligned to customer requirements

  • Lead negotiation team to finalize terms and conditions, technical requirements, schedule and price

  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contract terms

  • Prepare teaming agreements, memorandum of understandings (MOUs), Memorandum of Agreement (MOAs), and domestic consultant/sales representative agreements and other contractual agreements

  • Prepare contractual documents, including the preparation of contract terms and conditions, and assemble contract documentation package

  • Lead management reviews of proposals/contracts and support program reviews

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

This Position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Renton, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations or other finance-related fields

  • Experience with new system implementation software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrate accuracy and timeliness during day-to-day conduct

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
