Corvus is in high-growth mode and looking to bring on an Executive Talent Partner with strong experience working in the insurance space. This is a newly-created and highly-visible role that will span across all departments and report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. The Executive Talent Partner owns and executes senior level searches and will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including research, candidate generation and development, senior client management, and offer negotiations with multiple components of compensation. This role manages the full life cycle of recruiting from research and talent mapping to leading debriefs and offers. This role requires strong data-driven recruitment methods and a high touch level of service to both Corvus Leaders and candidates. This individual will also have the opportunity to help scale our Talent Acquisition function by supporting processes, systems, procedures, reporting, and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for the most critical and senior-level roles within Corvus across all departments including: Go to market, Underwriting, Tech, and G&A
  • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and map out available talent by skill, company, and location
  • Utilize talent mapping and in-depth sourcing strategies to connect with top talent in the insurance and tech spaces, building a bench of talent for roles across the company
  • Serve as a strong business partner to Corvus Hiring Managers, providing insight into the talent market, presentation of the candidates, and education on the candidate funnel
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the high standards of customer service we deliver to our policyholders and brokers
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience for Director-level and above roles within the insurance industry (required)
  • 3+ years of experience identifying and hiring director-level, VP-level and passive candidates in the insurance industry
  • Experience partnering with C-level executives
  • People-first recruitment style
  • Data-driven with the skills to optimize your sourcing strategy based on the data
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse as the ATS is a plus
  • Ability to keep to up with our pace, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly
  • Commitment to operating with a high level of confidentiality
