Job Description
Overview: Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent education or experience
  • Excellent communication and keyboarding skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information and to work independently, making limited decisions based on knowledge of system policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of executive secretarial procedures
  • Working knowledge of word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
Desired Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of executive secretarial procedures in a similar environment

Responsibilities:

Performs diversified administrative and executive secretarial duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature according to established standards. This level supports Facility Administrators / Presidents and/or supports multiple EVP, SVP, VP’s. Performs independently with little supervision.
