Job Description


We are hiring for an experienced recruiter to perform executive recruitment and to be part of MMIT’s Talent Acquisition team. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the Hiring Manager to source, attract and hire for business-critical niche roles, in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for creating and executing on successful sourcing strategy for each search and will manage full life cycle of the recruitment process, while ensuring positive candidate experience. He/she will be a strategic partner to the Business and will be responsible for leading client update meetings, providing market findings, ensuring diversity while submitting qualified screened candidates after proper vetting.

Qualified candidates for this role will be experienced in all aspects of an executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead end to end search to identify and hire talents for highly visible and business critical roles, creating significant impact to the business
  • Be MMIT’s brand ambassador in the talent community
  • Empower Hiring Managers to make right hiring decisions by presenting research documents such as competitor mapping and market insights along with screened candidates’ resumes.
  • Become subject matter expert in your function (whether its Operations / Commercial/ Product Development/ Technology)
  • Spearhead and champion proactive recruitment and talent pipeline initiatives
  • Build sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talents to MMIT for public as well as confidential searches
  • Network and build long term relationships with the top talents in the market
  • Develop innovative ways to attract diverse qualified talents through various sourcing channels
  • Influence and impact hiring decisions by providing market findings
  • Outperform retained agencies in terms of quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment; leadership executive recruitment and recruitment for niche roles experience is required
  • Experience with retained agencies or in house corporate executive recruitment team is preferred
  • Ability to learn new space and technology and apply this knowledge into search strategies
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Creative thinker

Additional Information


Position based in Yardley, PA or home based with upto 10% travel to local offices
