This isn't any real estate business, this is one trying to carve out a distinctive niche in the market. Very event and community-focused. Expanding beyond residential real estate to create music venues, cafes, community spaces, and more. Working for two innovative people with lots of ideas and need someone on their team to help execute them.

What work will look like

It will likely change from day-to-day. It will also range from database management and coordination to transaction coordination, to executing marketing initiatives, and many things between. You'll help take the lead in looking at the days, weeks, months ahead cross referencing with the ongoing to do list and come up with a plan of management and action to ensure the train is running smoothly and stays on the tracks. You'll catch various action items on the fly and anticipate the steps ahead and help drive the coordination to completion. You'll sit on calls, attend meetings, and spend time doing research. You'll create a task management system, coordinate tasks, and communicate with parties involved. You'll help plan and execute events. You'll track progress against goals and tasks and address when there are gaps. You'll know how to step onto a moving train and keep it moving forward. Beyond the real estate business you'll also help both owners with additional personal administrative tasks.

We're a husband-wife real estate team with different speeds, one is very type-a the other is a creative/musician/idea person.

We're looking for the perfect fit to help us bring our vision to life. We have a couple legs of the stool but we're looking for the third to help us get there.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $27.00 per hour
