Job Description
Overview:POSITION SUMMARYThe position encompasses the executive and secretarial support for the Vice President of Nursing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: An Associate Degree or equivalent training and experience.
Experience: At least 5 years at an administative level.
Knowledge and Skills: Computer skills should include word, data base management, spreadsheet / excel use, and powerpoint or other presentation applications. Ability to type eighty words per minute. Must exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interface with a wide variety of people including board members, physicians, civic and community leaders, senior management, other employees, patients, and the general public.
Equipment: Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Experience with computers.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
