Job Purpose :

The purpose of Equipment Operators is to restock received inventory and move the product/pallet to a designated location using equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack.

PAY RATE: $16-$18/HR DOE

Job Duties:

Replenish multiple items using an RF scanner.

Build a pallet of product and place the pallet in a specific area.

Operate a cherry picker forklift safely and efficiently.

Notify warehouse manager of any products soon to be expired or already expired

Observe and abide by all company’s policies and safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

Skill requirement :

Ability to operate Reach Truck, Order Selector, Pallet Jack

Ability to operate personal computer

Ability to replenish to production standards for zone assigned

Ability to read supply requisitions and perform basic arithmetic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail

Dependable – Excellent attendance

Forklift certification preferred

Previous warehouse experienced preferred

Working Conditions:

Mental demands/Physical Demands/Environmental factors:

Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching; heavy lifting and carrying.

Work inside a warehouse facility, work around machinery with moving parts; work around moving objects or vehicles. Exposure to dampness and humidity and slippery or uneven walking surfaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
