Entry-Level Search Docket Administrator -Remote

Cardinal Intellectual Property is seeking an administrator to help perform a variety of tasks within the Operations department. This position entails the management of two major dockets focusing on docketing of cases and timely submission of search results to our clients. This position also includes providing support to our vast search teams and Project Managers.

• Oversee caseloads of two main dockets

• Formality review of cases

• Data Entry

• Managing deadlines of cases

• Invoice creation and submission

• Maintaining proper A/P information of clients

• Microsoft Word, Excel

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills

• Excellent reading comprehension
• Attention to detail and problem solving

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Bachelor’s degree

• Administrative experience of at least 2 years
