We are seeking a full-time dedicated, passionate, fully vaccinated entry-level Facilitator/Administrative Assistant working with pediatrics.

Facilitators/Administrative Assistants are an integral component to the success of a family thriving at Littlefield Physical Therapy, Inc. Facilitator/Administrative Assistants work under the direct supervision of the Facilitator/Administrative Assistant Lead in regards to tasks that need to get done around the clinic.

Facilitator/Administrative Assistant responsibilities

Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in treatment areas. Maintain a therapeutic environment.

Carry out duties/tasks needed by working the front desk as needed. This includes and is not limited to: covering the front desk as necessary, collecting copays in the clinic or calling to collect copays for Telehealth sessions, taking the temperature of staff and patients once in the facility, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area.

*Please note - Facilitators can expect to spend up to 80% of the work day cleaning and disinfecting treatment spaces and 20% of the day completing administrative tasks.

Complete assigned projects in order to support clinical and administrative staff in the execution of their duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
