Job Description


FINTECH SCHEDULER

The Fintech Scheduler is expected to schedule all shoppers for all Fintech projects and occasional Ad-Hoc projects in a timely manner to ensure the project deadlines are met, and to communicate with each shopper to make sure their shops are submitted promptly.

A critical expectation of the Fintech Scheduler is their ability to manage time effectively, uphold quality standards, and collaborate as a team.

The Fintech Scheduler represents Curinos’s brand which requires that each member conducts themselves in a professional manner when interacting with colleagues, mystery shopper panellists and Independent Contractors alike.

Daily updates and frequent progress reports are expected from the Fintech Scheduler.

Scheduling Coordination: Scheduling shoppers in a timely manner for the completion of mystery shops and coordinating last minute substitutions to meet project deadlines.

Shopper Communication: Communicate with shoppers regarding initial scheduling, following up for shops not completed by assigned date, assistance with website issues, and answers to questions provided to the best of their knowledge.

Making Videos: The Fintech Scheduler may occasionally be required to make recordings of application processes by screenshare with the shopper.

PowerPoints: PPTs to be completed in a timely manner and to the Supervisor’s specifications.

Project Monitoring: Monitoring each individual project regarding deadlines, requesting additional scheduling help when necessary, and troubleshooting issues with the Supervisor.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience in market research project or fieldwork management, with financial services, technology, and/or user experience research being a strong advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A detail-orientated and highly organized individual who is willing to learn

  • Ability to multitask, problem solve, and be flexible to work across multiple projects

  • Skilled in usage of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms
