*$5,000 Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 after 30 days and $2,500 after 6 months of service.*

Emergency Services Clinician - Southbridge

Join our Behavioral Health Services Division at Riverside Community Care!


Join our growing Emergency Services team working in a fast-paced environment to develop and sharpen your clinical skills-evaluating a broad range of individuals of varying ages, backgrounds and clinical presentations.


Participates in the daily operation of Emergency Services (ES), including telephone triage, crisis intervention (including evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up) on-site, in the community and in emergency departments as well as provides ongoing support and evaluation of Community Crisis Stabilization Unit consumers and acts as liaison with community providers for continuity of care


Orientation to Emergency Services is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources with a focus on diversionary services.


Clinical supervision is available as well as collaboration with licensed senior clinicians. Riverside offers an outstanding staff training program including free CEUs/CEs.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
  • Basic computer fluency including Microsoft Office required
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for limited local travel


Required Experience
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health discipline required
  • LICSW, LMHC or LCSW preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience working within a community setting with children, adolescents and their families required
  • Experience working with an acute population preferred
