Electronic Assembler III

• Assembles components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
• Performs in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
• Maintains accurate records/documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, labor (e.g., timecards)
• Reports all equipment and process related problems to area supervisor including events and circumstances which could affect product quality, cost, and employee safety
• Works with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, including but not limited to weekend work.
• Works in accordance with quality system procedures
• Must achieve established line rate productivity and yields in all stations within assigned work cell.
• Must be able to assist engineering team in troubleshooting/NCRs/product failure investigations.
• Responsible for the training of other employees

Requirements:

This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. This job typically requires a minimum of 2 or more years of experience. H.S. degree or GED required
