Job Description
Requisition Summary

The eCommerce Support Manager oversees and manages all activities in support of PACCAR Parts eCommerce products through a team of sales and support staff to achieve the division’s sales and profit objectives.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading the administration and utilization of technology products Online Parts Counter, FOCUS and EMDECS.
  • Supports the successful implementation and adoption of PACCAR Parts NexGen eCommerce platform.
  • Drives increases in system utilization for Online Parts Counter and FOCUS through coordination of sales and support staff activities.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms and monitor performance.
  • In coordination with the Marketing Technology Manager, plan and execute promotional strategies to drive program participation.
  • Track and forecast program fees, costs and participation rates. Provide regular status updates.
  • Generate approval requests for ongoing costs, promotional costs and dealer rebate programs.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process deficiencies and championing solutions to address.
  • Supports employee development and fosters a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A four-year degree in Business, Information Technology or related field (Master’s degree highly preferred).
  • Seven or more years of professional experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Two or more years of successful leadership / supervisory experience.
  • Prior cross-functional team management experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven experience managing geographically diverse teams.
  • Ability to creatively solve challenging business problems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex e-commerce businesses.
