Your role at Clorox: Seeking an individual who has a solid understanding of the digital shelf, product detail page content and product data. This individual is passionate about the role that product data and product marketing content play in the overall shopper journey. The ideal candidate:

In this role, you will: Manage and distribute eCom Content (assets and copy) & product data across distribution networks and subset of key customers
  • Oversee day to day operations with key syndication partners and customers
  • Publish content through syndication tools (Syndigo, Salsify, IX1 BrandBank, etc.) in support of customer requirements
  • Data governance and gap fill support
Assist in project management of audits and updates across subset of customers and categories
  • Manage regular publication and audits and updates
  • work with internal teams and external partners to update content
  • Report on findings and opportunities
  • Keep finger on pulse of key opportunities to drive findability and best in class content across key retailers
Day to day content management for subset of retailers and businesses
  • manage NIS, content refresh, data gap fill, etc. to support publication across key retailers and businesses; work closely with key vendors and 3rd party partners to execute
  • work closely with customer teams to manage assortment and enable industry leading PDP content
Assist in building Best in Class Content and Processes
  • Work cross-functionally to support integration of content work with Brand Studios and customer teams (custom content)
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes and systems, and recommend improvements
  • Develop best practices and train organization on eCommerce content and product data/governance requirements

  • Ability to lead projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple, varied requests and bring together different points of view
  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-orientation and ability to manage tight timelines
  • Experience working within complex and varied databases and portals
  • Interest in becoming a tenured subject matter expert in eCom Content
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Knowledge of Salsify and Stibo preferred
