DROP TEAM ATTENDANT

Summary:

Responsible for the collection of and proper storage of drop boxes within the casino.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collect bill validator units and transport to the Soft Count room
• Collect slot drop buckets and transport to the Hard Count room
• Accurately wrap and store coin
• Transfer coin in annex and store in the locked cabinet
• Assist in keeping the coin room clean at all times
• Separate he foreign tokens as well as bagging and tagging them
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Prior experience working in a team or group environment
• Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
• Able to accurately perform basic math skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels
• Frequently push/pull carts weighing up to 350 lbs.
• Frequently walk bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel
• Constant standing, distinguishing between shades of color, and use of vision and hearing
