- Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases through Sprints
- Demonstrate broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks (e.g., open source).
- Design/Architect Drools Rule Base engines in a cloud based environment
- Work on Medium, Large, and Portfolio projects to complete Rules Development tasks, including providing required SDLC artifacts
- Identify improvement points in the project process and in the development tools/environment utilized for Rule Base development
- Excellent knowledge of current and future technologies and trends in rule base technology
- Need good communication and analytic skills .should be able to work/lead a small size team.
- Should know change management procedure.
