Driver, Local Pick Up & Delivery (P&D)

Local P&D Driver Work

• Pick up & Deliver Freight within local area (15-20 stops daily)
• Home daily, off weekends!
• Start time varies- 9-11hr days

Local P&D Driver Requirements:

• 23+ years of age
• Valid Class A CDL license
• 12 months of recent & verifiable tractor-trailer experience (12 months within the past 3 years)
• Hazmat Endorsement (required within 60 days of hire)
• No previous record or consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances (ZERO tolerance)
• Not involved in a major preventable accident in the past 3 years
• No more than 2 highway convictions in the past 2 years

Local P&D Driver Driver duties:

*NOTE- YOU WILL ALSO BE BACKING INTO DOCKS MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY, AND LOADING & UNLOADING FREIGHT!

• Perform pre and post trip inspections on company vehicles as required and ensure their safe operation. All issues must be reported as required.
• Deliver products on a safe & timely basis.
• Establish and maintain contact with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform any other duties as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT Safety Regulations.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.

Pay: $2.00 - $27.50 per hour
