Donut + Coffee Specialist

Oliver's Donuts and Lawrenceville Market House are coming soon!

We're looking for baristas to build our crew of Donut + Coffee Specialists to run the cafe.

This is a unique position. Every team member is a cashier, barista, and donut chef.
Customer service, coffee & tea knowledge, barista skills, beverage prep, donut and icing prep, donut frying, cleaning & dishwashing are all a part of the day at Oliver's Donuts.

Donut + Coffee Specialists will maintain the daily operations of Oliver’s Donuts

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about donuts, coffee, tea, drink preparation and products
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food and drink items
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Successfully operate point of sale system
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred but not required

Part-time and full-time positions available

Wage: $12/hr based on experience + tips
