We are immediately hiring full and part-time dog walkers in Brooklyn.

- Full-time walkers 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. asingned to an area where they usually walk the same dogs each day.

- Part-time walkers work variable schedules, 2-5 days per week, either filling in, helping to fill gaps, or growing small routes. We can figure this out to accommodate something mutually beneficial.

Full time applicants must have the following availability - Monday - Friday, 10AM - 4PM. Must be able to commit for at least 6 months.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years or older
• Pass a criminal background check
• Must love dogs with an understanding and willingness to learn about their care
• Warm and caring personality
• Comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes
• Able to keep up with the physical demands of being on your feet and walking for much of the day
• Able to cope with inclement weather. (rain, snow, cold, or heat wave, we walk through it all)
• Patience with all sorts of doggy antics and behavior issues
• Honest and hardworking
• Punctual with excellent time management skills
• A strong work ethic
• A strong oral and written communicator
• Upbeat and personable
• Detail Oriented
• Must have a smartphone and a portable phone charger
• Added plus if you own your own bike/skateboard/scooter
• Have a good understanding of transit logistics and time management in the city

COVID-19 considerations:
Proof of vaccination is required to be hired. Mask is needed to enter buildings.

Experience:

• Dog handling: 1 year (Preferred)
