Job Description:
In partnership with a committed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team and Learning and Development, this experienced facilitator collaborates with employees, HR partners and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver diversity, equity, and inclusion focused learning and development programs that support client performance and service delivery. This position improves the skills of learners by providing high quality virtual and in-person training, effective program administration; and executes strategic priorities and programs. Will provide training expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is accountable for a variety of responsibilities within Diversity Equity and Inclusion:


  • Facilitates and produces experiences on the DEI Learning Roadmap, both virtual and in-person. Troubleshoots facilitation-related issues.
  • Plans and executes daily course administration for instructor-led sessions including session communications; coordinates in-person and virtual logistics, materials and resources; and provides learning management system (LMS) administration.
  • Leads the annual planning and creation of the DEI Learning schedule, providing virtual and/or in-person sessions in strategic locations and time zones and offering the best possible opportunities for learners.
  • Collaborates and promotes cross-functional cooperation within the HR tiered model; updates resources; identifies and addresses logistical problems to ensure timely resolution; escalate when appropriate.
  • Consults with DEI consultants and clients to determine appropriate learning solutions for business needs
  • Designs intake process for and facilitates additional internal strategic, individual, and large-scale meetings.
  • Researches content in support of course development, practical tools, and learning program revisions.
  • Serves as expert in all phases of design and delivery of specific learning and development programs. May manage assigned projects and provide multiple project leadership while providing support to other team projects and activities and operational program. Provide mentoring and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.

Scope: Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects. Adapt precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Requires minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience in Diversity and Inclusion, Education, Training Facilitation (or Delivery), Instructional Design or Development, Human Resources Development, or relevant field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates excellent presentation, platform, and facilitation skills. Professional experience in training delivery, instructional design, and project management with a focus on DEI competencies and content. Familiarity with design concepts and development processes associated with instructor-led training, virtual and in-person. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software applications. Ability to work on a team. Operational flexibility to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs, willingness to work outside standard established business hours.
  • Listens well and seeks clarification with an ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills,
  • Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time with accuracy and thoroughness. Responds promptly.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, effectively analyze problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follows policies and procedures, maintains confidentiality and works with integrity and ethics.
  • Travel: May require up to35% business travel. This requirement was defined prior to the current COVID-19 environment. When physical travel resumes after COVID-19, the travel requirement for this role will be re-evaluated.

For those candidates located in Colorado, the salary range for this position is: $78,000-$95,000

The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
