Job Description
We're seeking talented candidates for District Manager positions at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Automotive Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we can help you take your career to the next level!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and results of all stores within an assigned territory. This position directly supervises Store Managers and works closely with them to hire, train, motivate, provide safety guidance, and to direct all the team members of the District to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals. A current and valid driver's license is required as well as a New York State Inspection Certification. Please see the attached job description for specific details.
District Managers will receive a competitive wage plus a generous bonus opportunity, a discount on Jiffy Lube services including Multicare services (tires, brakes, repairs) at company cost and NO CHARGE for labor, and are eligible for unlimited paid-time-off, health, dental, and optical insurance, life and disability insurances, and we plan to launch a 401k retirement plan in the future.
